紙箱釘合應使用帶鍍層(銅、鋅)的低碳鋼扁絲，扁絲不應有銹斑、剝層、龜裂或其他使用上的缺外觀缺陷。紙箱接縫應釘牢、釘透，不得有疊釘、缺釘、翹釘、斷釘、曲釘、不轉角等缺陷。紙箱接頭釘合搭接舌邊的寬度為35一50mm采用斜釘或橫釘釘合，且箱釘應沿搭結舌邊的中線釘合。箱釘排列整齊、均勻，頭尾釘距頂、底面壓痕線不大于25mm。

The width of the overlap tongue of the carton joint is 35-50 mm, and the box nails should be nailed along the middle line of the overlap tongue. The box nails shall be arranged orderly and evenly, and the distance between the head and tail nails and the indentation line on the top and bottom surface shall not be more than 25 mm.

紙箱接頭所使用的粘合劑應是乙酸乙烯乳液或具有同等效果的其他粘合劑；接頭舌邊寬度適度，粘合劑涂布充分、均勻，粘合牢固。

b)偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。

刀口光潔，切斷口表面裂損寬度不超過8mm.
