一、三層瓦楞紙箱

三層瓦楞紙箱又稱單瓦楞紙箱，其紙板結(jié)構(gòu)是由一張瓦楞芯紙兩面各粘一張面紙組合而成。三層瓦楞紙箱主要用于包裝重量較輕的內(nèi)包裝物。常用楞型有A、B、C、E瓦楞，其中E瓦又稱微瓦楞紙箱，主要用于小家電等，B瓦常用于食品、飲料行業(yè)等的包裝。

五層瓦楞紙箱又稱雙瓦楞紙箱，五層瓦楞紙箱的紙板結(jié)構(gòu)是由面紙、里紙、芯紙和兩張瓦楞芯紙粘合而成。常見楞型組合有：AB楞、CB楞、BE楞等...而紙板厚度也會(huì)不同！AB楞厚度為7毫米、CB瓦楞為6毫米、BE瓦楞為4.5~5毫米！每種瓦楞用途也不一樣，AB楞CB楞用于大紙箱，如空調(diào)、冰箱、電視、電腦、等大物件紙箱... 特點(diǎn)：緩沖性非常好，起到大物件在運(yùn)輸途中不受損。BE楞則用于小紙箱，如快遞包裹、數(shù)碼電子產(chǎn)品、日用百貨、等小物件紙箱... 特點(diǎn)：強(qiáng)度高，硬度硬，起到更好的保護(hù)，外觀精致小巧不臃腫。

三、七層瓦楞紙箱

七層瓦楞紙箱又稱為七層瓦楞紙板。即三芯雙面七層紙板，由兩層箱紙板和三層瓦楞原紙制成。主要用于重型商品（如摩托車、鋼琴等）的包裝箱，或包裝大型電器、小型機(jī)床等，也可用其作一些高強(qiáng)特殊襯墊。GB/T 6544－1999《包裝材料 瓦楞紙板》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中將單瓦楞紙板和雙瓦楞紙板按質(zhì)量分為優(yōu)等品（適用于出口商品及貴重物品包裝用瓦楞紙板）、一等品（適用于內(nèi)銷物品包裝用瓦楞紙板）、合格品（適用于短途、低廉商品包裝用瓦楞紙板）。
